By creating a ListaProp account you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before starting a trial or paid subscription.
The service
ListaProp provides multi-tenant website hosting and CRM tools for estate agencies. Features vary by plan. Scale includes portal export packs, optional live HTTP push, official RTDF / Zoopla realtime sync (using credentials your portal issues to you), and BLM catalogues. Portal membership fees for Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket are never included in ListaProp pricing.
Your responsibilities
You must keep login credentials secure, ensure listing content is accurate and lawful, and obtain any consents required for marketing to buyers, tenants and vendors. You remain responsible for compliance with UK property advertising and consumer rules that apply to your agency.
Trials and billing
Paid plans may begin with a trial period. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can manage payment methods and cancellation via the Stripe customer portal when Stripe is configured. Fees already billed for a period are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not use ListaProp to publish unlawful content, attempt to breach security, scrape other agencies' data, or resell access without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for third-party portal outages, DNS misconfiguration, or losses arising from inaccurate property data you publish. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
