ListaProp processes personal data for UK estate agencies using our website and CRM platform. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the rights you have.
Who we are
ListaProp is the data controller for account and billing data. When agencies collect enquiries on their ListaProp-hosted sites, the agency is typically the controller and ListaProp acts as a processor under that agency's instructions.
What we collect
- Account details (name, email, agency name, subdomain)
- Billing and subscription metadata via Stripe
- CRM content you enter (properties, leads, contacts)
- Technical logs needed to secure and operate the service
How we use data
We use personal data to provide the product, send transactional email (password resets, lead alerts), process payments, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights & self-service
Agency owners can export their tenant data as JSON and permanently delete their agency from Dashboard → Settings → Privacy & data. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@listaprop.com. Lead data belonging to an agency should be requested from that agency.
Subprocessors
We use the following providers to operate ListaProp:
- Supabase — database, auth and file storage
- Stripe — payments and billing portal
- Resend — transactional email
- Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery
- OpenAI — optional AI copy generation when configured
