Portals stay your contract
Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket membership fees are paid by you to the portals — ListaProp never bundles them. That keeps accreditation and branch IDs under your agency’s name.
What ListaProp prepares
On Scale, ListaProp supports export packs, live HTTP push, official Rightmove/OTM RTDF and Zoopla realtime (using the PEM certificates your portal issues to you), plus BLM bulk catalogues. Membership and network accreditation stay under your agency’s name.
Practical sequence
- Publish stock on your ListaProp site first
- Complete portal branch / network IDs in Portals settings
- Upload PEM certs for RTDF / Zoopla, or download JSON / BLM packs
- Dry-run, then push — keep portal fees with the portals themselves

Your first week on ListaProp
A practical week-one path from theme pick to chase queue.
Day 1–2
Finish onboarding brand, import sample or CSV stock, open your subdomain on a phone. Confirm the theme reads as your agency — not a template.
Day 3–5
Connect the custom domain, publish three real listings with photos, and send a test valuation lead to yourself. Turn on notification defaults in Brand settings.
Day 6–7
- Invite a second user if you share the board
- Walk the chase queue with yesterday’s enquiry
- Decide monthly vs annual billing before trial day 8
Go live on your ListaProp subdomain & custom domain
Your site is already live on {subdomain}.listaprop.com. A custom domain is optional — paste these records in IONOS, GoDaddy or cPanel.
Your ListaProp subdomain (already live)
After signup your site is https://your-agency.listaprop.com. Open it from the dashboard “View live site” button. Theme previews on the marketing site stay at listaprop.com/s/demo-modern and similar /s/demo-* paths.
Custom domain — records to paste
- TXT on _listaprop.www.youragency.co.uk (or the hostname itself) → listaprop-verify={token from Domains}
- CNAME for www → cname.vercel-dns.com
- Optional: redirect the apex (@) to www so visitors who type youragency.co.uk still arrive
IONOS
- Log in → Domains & SSL → select the domain → DNS
- Add record → TXT. Host: _listaprop (IONOS fills the domain). Value: the token from ListaProp. TTL 1 hour
- Add record → CNAME. Host: www. Points to: cname.vercel-dns.com. Save
- Back in ListaProp → Domains → Verify. SSL follows once the name resolves
cPanel
- cPanel → Zone Editor → Manage next to the domain
- Add Record → TXT. Name: _listaprop.www.youragency.co.uk. Record: the token. TTL 3600
- Add Record → CNAME. Name: www.youragency.co.uk. CNAME: cname.vercel-dns.com
- Save, then Verify in ListaProp. Use Redirects if you want apex (@) to go to www
Platform wildcard (ListaProp operators at IONOS)
- Apex @ → the A / ALIAS records shown in the Vercel domain panel for listaprop.com
- www → CNAME cname.vercel-dns.com
