How does the 7-day trial work?

You create an agency, pick Launch, Operate or Scale, and enter a card at Stripe checkout. You are not billed until day 8. Cancel anytime from Billing. Agency (enterprise) plans are arranged via sales.

Are Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket fees included?

No. Portal membership fees stay with you. On Scale, ListaProp supports export packs, live HTTP push, official Rightmove/OTM RTDF and Zoopla realtime (with your PEM certs), BLM catalogues, and accredited VPN/SFTP BLM drops.

Can I migrate from WordPress or a spreadsheet?

Yes. Use CSV import for stock, pick a theme, connect your domain, and publish. Import maps for common CRM exports are available in the Import screen.

Who owns my data?

You do. Export your tenant data anytime, and you can request deletion from settings / privacy controls.

Do I need a developer?

No. Themes, domains, listings and CRM live in one product. Concierge help is available if you want a walkthrough.

What’s the difference between Launch, Operate and Scale?

Launch covers website, leads and up to 100 properties. Operate unlocks unlimited stock, full CRM, Agency OS and compliance. Scale adds multi-branch, portal publishing tools and integrations. Agency is our sales-led tier for franchises and large groups.
