Fees

Our fees depend on the service level you choose. Typical ranges: Sales • Sole agency: 1.0%–1.5% + VAT of the agreed sale price • Multi-agency: 1.5%–2.0% + VAT Lettings • Let only: 8%–10% + VAT of the rent for the initial term • Fully managed: 12%–15% + VAT of the rent Additional charges (where applicable) may include inventory, tenancy renewals, referencing and marketing upgrades. A written quotation is always provided before you instruct us — ask the branch for a full fee schedule.
